To design immunoenzyme test-systems for soluble fibrin and D-dimer quantification the stabilization methods of monoclonal antibodies immobilized on the plate and the stabilization of preparations of fibrin desAABB and D-dimer have been carried out. The testing showed that the stabilization methods developed permitted to keep the activity of monoclonal antibodies, fibrin desAABB and D-dimer during 12 month, 10 month and 7 month respectively. The works in this direct has been continuing. The testing of these immunoenzyme methods for soluble fibrin and D-dimer.
