The object of research is formation and activities of the Parties (Sides) of Social Dialogue at national level. The goal of research is the analyzing of the notion “Parties (Sides) of labour unions at national level” and “Parties (Sides) to social dialogue in the structure of the National three-party social and economic council” with the aim to improve further work of the parties and bodies of social dialogue at national level. The methods of research are the analysis of scientific publications, materials of researches, including those, that were conducted through the project of the ILO “Ukraine: assistance to realization of main principles and rights in labour sphere”, content-analysis, structural, comparison analysis, sociological interviewing, Internet-search. The novelty of the work consists in the fact that it had been accomplished in the period of changes and reformation of the practice of conduct of social dialogue, the filling with new content of social-labour relations (deepening, reformationof social-labour relations, reformation of activities of organizations of employers and trade unions) and so on.5635
