Interconnection between phase and chemical composition and electrophysical properties was established. General regularities of the mass-transfer kinetics and mechanisms are received, in particular, at the inversion of the layer materials. It was proposed the multi-stage model of the structural and phases transformations. The influence of the external surface is set on the diffusive processes development in a bulk.
