The set task is to change the effective valid standards Republic Standard of Ukraine of the USSR 2013-91 "Egg mass, white and yolk. Specification" and the State Standard 30363-96 "Egg products. General specification" for the newly created standard of Ukraine for egg products, in which the requirements for the main assortment of these poultry products, that are produced in Ukraine. will be generalized, the classification and indices of safety and quality control, that are maximally close to the norms of the EU Council, will be introduced.
