It was shown that for supercriticality Q< 2dB there is exist the singular distribution of spin waves near a half of pumping frequency. When the supercriticality is increasing the singularity is spreading, and for Q>10dB it may be observed the phase transition and new spin-wave packet appearance near the spin-wave bottom.
