Was experimental determine the technical behavior of synthesis and grouse a new crystals of semimagnetic semiconductors solid solution on the base of mercury chalcogenides by Bridgeman method, and also the technical condition of the heat treatment of crystals, which allow to change their cluster and defective subsystem, that leads to change of magnetic and band parameters, concentration of charge carriers and their mobility. The investigation of magnetic, kinetic and optical properties of the obtained crystals lets to determine physical parameters, which point at a possibility of the employment those materials for devises of electronic and spintronic.
