Thin films semiconductor structures on the basis of the connections A2B6 are created. Influencing of terms of growth of thin semiconductor tapes of besieged is explored by the method of laser epitaxial on their electrophysicals and photoelectric properties. Results are got on the reiteration of process of besieging of material on a different family substrates and stability of his chemical composition at ablations of semiconductor targets.
