Object of research: actual quadrant of economics. The purpose of activity: To work out a concept of development of actual quadrant of economics of Ukraine on principles of the theory neoindustrializme; to elaborate the forecast and tools of state regulation of development of actual quadrant of economics till 2015; to define directions of transformation of actual quadrant of economics, to grant the proposals concerning his capitalization and updating of technological base; to define directions of rational distribution of investment and credit resources in actual quadrant. An object of research: frame of actual quadrant during reconstruction of GVP. Method of testings: statistical methods, analytical methods, methods of the comparative analysis, methods, economic-mathematical simulation. The vehicle and methodological toolkit of research of actual quadrant is designed of categories and his influencing on dynamics of economical growth is rotined; the definition is offered and the frame of actual quadrantis designed; the factors of influencing on development of actual quadrant are determined.
