It is developed principles of creating and elements of reconfigurable computing subsystem on the EPLD base for solving tasks of changeable accuracy and for verification of new devices and systems during designing. It is presented requirements to general structure and functions of virtual center for computer-aided ontology-driven designing of computer devices and systems and it is realized some elements of such center. It is formulated principles of delivery parameter optimization of information packages in network and principles of creating of agent subsystem for security and access control to information resources.
