Object of research - features of obtaining and realizing the property right on multifamily house in which apartments and non-residential premises are not separate objects of the property right; legal relations arising in connection with creation, use, management and maintenance of such houses. Objective of work - legislative setting up of property relations concerning a multifamily house as independent (separate) object of the civil rights; development of the draft-law "On the proprietor of a multifamily house and protection of the tenants of residential (non-residential) Premises". The research methodology is based on philosophical and general scientific methods of research (dialectic logic, the system analysis and comparison, synthesis and analogy). The methods of interrelations and generalizations were also used to prepare the conclusions of the research.5635
