A model of conformational and photoinduced control of the current is proposed for the molecule embedded between the electrodes. It is shown that a more contact conformation can support a resonant regime of current formation only in the case of slow conformational transitions. The effect of light-induced switching among the molecular states is revealed. Due to the noted switching a molecular conductance can be alternated in the order of magnitude.5635
