The probable places of process localization at the initiated oxidation and autooxidation are set. It is found the specific influence of anionic surfactants on the rate of the studied process. Results on distribution of phenolic antioxidants in the heterogenious system oil-water, which allow to explane the peculiarities of hydrophyliс and hydrophobic phenols antioxidant effect are got. Stability of hydrophylic phenols in water solution towards oxygen and its active forms is studied. The methods of phenols extraction from adigister under ultrasound are developed.
