Basic problems of general theory of dynamic systems control under uncertainty, solution to which is necessary for creation of new generation of UAUV with wide functional and intellectual possibilities is determined. The detailed structure of informational co-operation of subsystems of navigation and traffic control of prospective intellectual UAUV is developed. The new robust algorithms of ellipsoidal estimation of complete state vector of one type of the nonlinear discrete, continuous and continuously discrete dynamic systems are developed based on results the current measurements of their outputs. The methods of finite-dimensional approximation of the systems with the distributed parameters by usual differential equations are developed, adjusted to basic data accuracy. The new robust algorithms for ellipsoidal estimation of state vector of the discrete and continuous-discrete dynamic systems are proposed, that take in account the limited of measuring disturbances and speed of their change.
