The purpose of the research- to raise efficiency of diagnostics, treatment and preventive maintenance of syphilis with use of the developed algorithm of inspection and new complex ethyotrophic and immunemodulative treatment of the patients with latent syphilis. Methods of the research: epidemiological researches (retrospective studying of ambulance cards and case histories of patients); clinical methods of research (clinical analyses of blood, urine); biochemical researches; serological blood researches (Wasserman reaction, reaction of microprecipitation, reaction of immunofljuorescents-200,-abs.); immunoenzyme research (research of the maintenance of cytokines level - interleukin-1 b, interleukin-4, interleukin-6, the tumour necroses factor - a, interferon y), statistical methods of processing of the received data - a reliability estimation between the received results. For studyingof epidemiological features researching of the clinic-epidemiological data of 90 patients with the early and late form of the latent syphilis has been spent. Gender features is determined in distribution of the illness of latent syphilis by the - the illness at women has registries more often, than at men, however, the majority is made by men among patients of reproductive age with the early form of the latent syphilis, and with the late form - women. It is revealed features of the social status, anamnesis data, confrontations. Only patients with the early form of the latent syphilis were detected as an infection source. Among patients with the late form of the latent syphilis were detected prevail of village inhabitants, presence of more highly percent of patients with an accompanying pathology, revealing at inspection before planned pregnancy. The constant sexual partner was detected as an infection source. For research of serological features of syphilis it has been spent studying of the clinic-laboratorydata of 90 patients with the early and late form of the latent syphilis. Are established the serological features of the latent syphilis - for the almost 30 % of cases of latent syphilis slightly positive, controversial and, partly negative serologic tests for syphilis are typical. The researching of maintenance definition of cytokines (interleukin-1b, interleukin-4, interleukin-6, the necroses tumour factor - a, interferon y) spent in the blood plasma of 48 persons - 34 patients with syphilis and 14 donors). The features of the immune answer in patients with the latent syphilis are revealed: the misbalance of anti - and proinflammatory cytokines - more expression of IЛ-1 b, IFN - y, TNF - a and also misbalance of IL–4, IL–6 is marked in comparison with active forms of syphilis. The deviation of the cytokine levels (IL -1 b,-4,-6, TNF - a, IFN - y) from statistical norm in patients with late syphilis is more pronounced. It is developed the method of treatment of the late latent syphilis by penicillin G sodiumsalt and doxycyclin monohydrate in a combination with inductor of cytokines tiloron and an infra-red laser irradiation of blood.
