The purpose of work is studying of influence of Polissia soil-climatic conditions on quality and safety indices of different soya breeds. The methods of researches are as follows: research were carried out according to operating laboratory methods: the detection of quality and safety indices of different soya breeds were carried out by physic-chemical methods. The estimation of the received data was carried out by statistical methods.Results of the researches: it was determined, that the Poliisia zone was a region, where it was reasonable to handle soya because soil- climatic conditions met the biological requirements of a plant and enabled to handle high quality grain. The research of influence of soil-climatic conditions on the basic technological parameters and on safety was carried out. The list of breeds on quantitative composition of protein and fat which had high indices by handling in Polissia zone was made. It was determined, that the majority of breeds had high results on two indices: protein and fat. These breeds can be used for processing into vegetable oil and flour. It was determined, that the urease activity did not depend on protein quantity. The high indices of urease activity were detected in breeds with high as well with low protein composition.
