Object of study – gynecological cancer patients. Aim - to improve the efficacy of cancer patients treatment by means of the development of the methods for prevention and therapy of relapses with taking into account predictive factors of their appearance. Methods of study - clinical, ultrasonic, laboratory, statistical. Major clinical factors of relapses risk in women with genital cancer are determined. Some biological factors of tumor growth which could be used for the monitoring of the course of disease and efficacy of the treatment are determined. The methods of prophylaxis of recurrence|set-back| taking into account the set unfavorable|adverse| factors were develop.
