Steady growth of human fibroblasts and stromal stem marrow elements in a culture was obtained. Their ability was shown for adgession and proliferation after cryopreservation under 7% DMSO and fetal serum. It was shown that the presence of nano particles in cryopreservation solution resulted in stabilization of overcooling value, inconsiderably influenced precrystallization process during the system thawing and does not influence on temperature of the verification. Introduction of allogeneic native and cryopreserved mesenchymal stem cells derived from bone marrow and human fibroblast culture to the area of thick-layer knee joint cartilage defect results in cartilagelike tissue formation in defect area to compare with the control group of animals.
