Functional-topological methods of the analysis of the nonlinear operational, differencial-operational equations, inclusions and evolutionary variational inequalities are developed. Classification of multiple-valued maps of pseudo-monotonous type is carried out, thus a number of generalizations of the results received by Bresis is received. The algorithms of extreme regularizations of restrictions such as operational inequalities and inclusions are created. By methods of the penalty, singular perturbations of approximation methods (Faedo-Galerkin, difference schemes, etc.) the resolvability of a wide class of evolutionary variational inequalities is proved. Apriori estimations had been recieved. 2. The abstract theory of global attractors of multiple-valued processes and seim-processes which serves as the tool of research of the concrete on-line evolutionary systems in the given work is developed. Such properties of global attractors, as compactness (under condition of attracting presence of the limited in regular intervals drawing set), semi-invariance and invariancy (are investigated under conditions such as closedness of the graph), connectivity (under condition of semi-continuity from above and connectedness), stability and dependence from parameter. 3. Ways of application of the proved theoretical concepts are offered at research and the decision of practical problems: optimal management of nonlinear dynamic processes of heat conduction in a disperse layer with thermal radiation; Bayeses analysis of system of mass service (СМО) in case of Markov's and semi-Markov's processes; mathematical models of social systems with property of a anticipation are investigated.
