Influence nanoclasters, defects of structure which arise as result of external factors actions on physical properties of systems RE-M-X (RE=Sc, Y, La ; M=Ni, Co, Fe, Cu; X=P, Ga, Si, Ge, B); Fe-Gd; Ge-X (X=Te, Se, S) were investigated.Suggest the diagram of systems Ag-BIV (Sn, Ge, Si)-S-CVI (I, Br), it is investigated kinetics of formations, structure, polymorphism.
