3. Research results dedicated to information infrastructure that provides dynamic integration of information resources (IR) of various institutional subordination are provided. Recent intelligent technologies that form the core information infrastructure are analyzed, and basic components and procedures that prepare IR for sharing are proposed. The method and IR semantic harmonization model that uses ontological approach are developed. Report covers issues of analytical approach, model and methods of computational process arrangement to make dynamic IR integration possible while using GRID architecture.
