The objects of the study are morphological equivalents of the varied diseases and ways of their verification. The purpose of the work is a development of general concept to optimization of the morphological diagnostics from position probative medicine and presentations of the certain algorithm (the standard) for diseases of the respiratory organs in the real acceptable manner for using in the clinic of the capital. The methods of the study: an overview histological, selective histochemical, immunohistochemical, lectinohistochemical, morphometric and electron-microscopic technique. The Results: the concept of the improvement of the morphological diagnostics of the diseases according to canon of the probative medicine and coming from real equipping of the clinic of the capital; the algorithms of the morphological diagnostics of the pathology of the respiratory organs.
