The objects of the study are morphological equivalents of the varied diseases and ways of their verification. The work purpose is a development of the certain algorithm (the standard) of the pathomorphological diagnostics of the organs of digestive tract diseases, salivary and big digestive glands (a liver and a pancreas) and a thyroid gland and their representation in really comprehensible kind for application in capital clinic. The methods of the study: an overview histological, selective histochemical, immunohistochemical, lectinohistochemical, morphometric and electron-microscopic technique. Results: The general principles of methodology of the pathomorphological diagnostics are formulated. The certain algorithms (standards) of the pathomorphological diagnostics of the diseases of digestive tract organs, salivary and big digestive glands (including features of diagnostics of a HIV-infection/AIDS and the narcological lesion of the liver connected with it), and also a thyroid gland are presented.
