The object of the Research is the enterprises (the organizations, establishments) different patterns of ownership and fields of activity act. Object of research is the condition of sociolabor relations, which is characterized by the certain level of social intensity in concrete labour collectives, the factors of its occurrence, the degree of readiness of the personnel to upholding their labour rights. The purpose of the Project - development of a typical technique of examination of the condition of sociolabor relations which allows to reveal social intensity at an early (latent) stage to define its level, to predict the further development that will enable to develop mechanisms of the prevention of the conflict, and in case of its presence - to lower negative social and economic, socially-psychological consequences. The achievement of this purpose provides the decision of some tasks, namely: specification of theoretical-methodical bases of research of the problem, development of the author's concept of a category " social intensity ", a substantiation of legitimacy of its consideration as criterial a parameter of a condition of sociolabor relations, development of a technique of measurement of a level of social intensity at the enterprises (in the organizations, establishments); the characteristic of a technique of the analysis of the empirical information and model of a choice of observation units. Result of the research is development of a typical technique of examination of the condition of sociolabor relations, measurement of a level of social intensity at the concrete enterprise (in the organizations, establishments), definition of factors of its occurrence, a degree of readiness of the personnel to upholding the labour rights, development of mechanisms of the prevention of accumulation of protest potential, decrease in negative influence of one. The technique enables to optimize management of sociolabor relations, social and economic processes in sphere of work as a whole.
