Object of the research - ordinary differential equations and partial differential equations. Aim of the research - creation of new analytic and algebraic methods in various fields of the quality theory of differential and functional-differential equations, the optimal control theory for nonlinear and infinite-dimensional systems. Methods of the research - the methods of the general theory of differential equations, the control theory, the functional analysis, algebra. Within the third part of the research investigations are carried out in the following directions: · Study of the question on the stabilization of solutions of linear ODE of neutral type. · Construction of non-homogeneous and non-stationary perturbations of global and some local Maxwell distributions. · Investigation of the asymptotic behavior of solutions of nonlinear PDE with delay. · Study of the connection between the algebraic approximation of nonlinear affine symmetric control systemsand their approximation in the sense of the sub-Reimannian metrics. All results are new; they have theoretical and practical significance. They can be applied in the study of concrete mathematical problems as well as when solving of the problems arising in the mathematical modeling of real processes. The results of the third part of the research are published in 9 scientific papers, the monograph is prepared based on the results of the research, 4 contributions for international mathematical conferences are prepared.
