Registry of persons with high-risk of NBS and А-Т manifestation was created in order to prevent appearing of new cases in families. We proved the expediency of testing for NBS in cases of microcephaly newborns without neurologic complications, inborn immune-deficiency, inclination to lympho-proliferative lesions and family history of solid tumors.
