Report on SRW: 134p., sources - 75. A research object is a Crimean Tatars language. Purpose of work: research and classification units of the different levels system of language, creation of the programmatic module of electronic dictionary of linguistic accordance's, which allows filling a dictionary a vocabulary and editing. In connection with the put purpose needs was to decide the followings tasks: to classification units of Crimean Tatars language on material of modern artistic texts; to study a word as base constructs of Crimean Tatars suggestion; to define linguistically and stylistically descriptions of artistic text; to expose the ways of origin of neologisms in a Crimean Tatars language; to describe the features of complex sentences of steppe dialect of Crimean Tatars language; to describe the theoretical questions of research of verb of past tense of indicative, synthetic form of past tense of verb of indicative on -ды/; to specify lexically and semantically features of social dialects; to execute the morphemically analysis of bases which represent sounds in a Crimean Tatars language; to compare affixes of predicate are in the Turkish and Crimean Tatars languages; to explore conformities to the law of functioning of units of internal construction of Crimean Tatars language, complete work on creation of dictionary of linguistic accordance's. Methods of research of Crimean Tatars language are methods of computer lexicography, method of the limited selection, comparatively-comparable and component analysis, classification and generalization of words which represent sounds and onomatopoetically material of language for the exposure of the proper lines which represent sounds, statistical analysis and experiment. The methods of making up new words are considered in a Crimean Tatars language: morphological, syntactic, occasional or stylistic neologisms is exposed, the ways of tracing and borrowing are described, the features of social dialects are described: jargon, Argo, slang, computer jargon, factors of jargonization of social dialects, vivid, emotional and expressive facilities of Crimean Tatars language, likenesses and distinctions of affixes of predicated are in Crimean Tatars and Turkish languages, the category-semantic features of co-operation of construct words are marked, typology of nominal parts of speech and participles is explored in Crimean Tatars and Russian languages, the functions of word are certain in a context, principles of indexation of word-parts and grammatical parameters of selection and fixing of word-parts are developed on belongings to parts of speech of lexical units of the Russian and Crimean Tatars languages for the bilingual dictionary of linguistic accordance's on material of the Russian and Crimean Tatars languages, the beta version of electronic Russian and Crimean Tatars dictionary of linguistic accordance's is created.
