It is revealed, that this change of conductivity can both to decrease, and to increase. Processes which are responsible for change of conductivity are revealed and investigated. These are dissolution of hydrogen in volume of a film, heating and dispersion of a film, processes of modification of its structure. Dependence of proceeding processes on temperature of samples and manufacturing techniques films is found experimentally out.
