We determined the general regularities of technological conditions influence on the growth of the bulk and low-dimension A2B6, A4B6, A2B32C63 and A1B3C62 diluted magnetic semiconductor compounds and solid solutions based on them on operation parameters of semiconductor structure elements. The proposed scientifically-based recommendations will help to develop the elements for spintronic and electronic devices with new operation principles, enhanced temperature and radiation stability.
