New theoretical approaches for description of features of two- and many-beam X-ray diffraction by complicated multilayered structures with quantum wells and dots were developed. Algorithms and corresponding software were created for treatment of experimental data on structural diagnostics of defects in real crystals, ultrathin layers and heterophase systems. Simulations of X-ray topographical images of strain fields from dislocation loops, dislocation Lomer-Cottrell locks were carried out in dependence on their localization during transition from thin to thick crystals.
