The purpose of study - improve the results of treatment of motive disorders in patients with progressive muscular dystrophy with allogenic fetal myoblasts. Methods of study - clinical neurological, immunological, biochemical and statistical methods. The diagnostic complex was designed to evaluate the efficacy of treatment of patients with PMD under intramuscular injections of allogenic fetal myoblasts. We proved, that intramuscular injections of allogenic fetal myoblasts improve physical development in children, decrease signs of muscular degeneration and do not evoke signs of cellular aggression from immune system. Positive changes of rates at electrode-needle ENMG and muscles function are observed during 6-12 months after the treatment initiated. The efficacy of treatment is confirmed with biochemical data (changes of rate of enzyme CFK) and with improvement of muscles function in children, mostly in an age group up to 7 years, in case that allogenic fetal myoblasts were injected at least 4-5 times. The application of allogenic fetal myoblasts allowed us to improve the results of treatment of patients with PMD. The branch of use is neurosurgery.
