The aim is to develop methodical, mathematical, algorithmic and informational support of the intelligent data analysis and decision-making. The research is the data analysis and decision-making. During the intelligent data analysis and decision-making methods improving the matrix of paired comparisons coherence, software implementation of the proposed methods for obtaining weights from the fuzzy matrixes of paired comparisons; the way to automate the process of intellectual support of the information models design ergonomic ensure of manufacturing processes; methods, algorithms and software tools which allowed to construct efficient cryptographic system based on Jacobean hyperelliptic curves arithmetic; methods and models preventing surge phenomenon for turbine engine automatic control systems; software based on these methods and models; methods of compound objects and processes diagnostics based on vibroacoustic signals; software unit for compound objects diagnostics; methods of rolling bearing diagnosis based on wavelet analysis; methods and models of shaft decouple detection were developed. Results of research work are recommended for machine use and aircraft enterprises to improve the functioning reliability of manufacturing equipment and products.
