The work purpose - increase of economic efficiency of control systems by bearing bodies of flying saws of back and forth motion at stages of their working out and operation. Research methods - methods of the theory of the automated electric drive, mathematical modeling. Flying mechanisms have a cyclic operating mode, and their running cycle is characterized big resource-intensity. Its greatest component is energy consumption drives of bearing bodies with which help laws of movement of the last are formed. In work expressions for definition of optimum size of jerk in a drive of bearing body are received. Parameters which are applied in the mathematical description of managerial processes by a drive of bearing body are defined key concerning influence on quality of work of a flying saw. Formulas on which it is offered to choose optimum size of jerk in a drive of bearing body of a flying saw are received. The general algorithm of management is offered by a drive of bearing body. He allows to unite methods of definition of optimum parameters of running cycles of a flying saw in purposeful procedure of formation of the law of movement of bearing body. The given algorithm, can form base for construction of the software of a control system of a flying saw. The mathematical model of a control system is developed by the electric drive of bearing body of a flying saw which can serve as the tool for the analysis of quality of managerial processes, be used in practice of designing and researches. Modular construction of model provides possibilities of free research of various laws of management and application of various models of a mechanical part of bearing body and a processed product and their drives. The structure of the offered model can form base at construction of models for research of control systems of other mechanisms with difficult algorithms of work and their drives. Working capacity of the offered laws of management proves to be true modeling of a series of running cycles of a flying saw. The received results in their set allow to lower resource-intensity control systems of bearing bodies of flying saws at stages of their designing and operation, and also can be applied in systems of automatic control by electric drives of mechanisms of movement of technological cars and many other things to decrease in power consumption of technological processes.
