As a result of implementation of work investigational and conducted development design-engineering decisions for creation of base construction of electric guided semiconductor attenuators in the range of frequencies 28-110 Ggts, switches of ductings in course of time switching from the mode of key-in in the mode of shorting of 5-10 нс and phase shifters in the range of frequencies 25-37,5 Ggts for application in an aerophare an apparatus and radio-location of the special and general application. All semiconductor elements ( р-і-n diodes and silicic p+ - n -n+ structures) DP of NDI developed on an own technological base "Orion". Created devices for analogues are not had the parameters in Ukraine and countries of the CIS. Devices have small sizes and high firmness at the action of external factors.
