The design-engineering decisions for creation of 30-37,5 GHz solid-state transceiver base construction are investigated and developed. for the use in composition coherent RLS traffic of courts control at going near ports, and also for the review of the flying field of the air fields. A receiver-transmitter is executed as the separate pressurized block in the range of frequencies 33,5-34,5 GHz provides output power more than 50 W (pulsewidth 35 or 200 nс, interparticle 800). A small energy consumption, 20 W, allows to carry out the feed of receiver from an autonomous source, and also to use him as a side equipment.
