The current state of provision for the Dniester and Prut Basin Water Resources Management Department and Oblvodgosps of rivers Dniester, Prut and Siret rivers by software for monitoring and management of the state these basins are defined and described. There had been developed a set of technical requirements for transboundary system of water quality monitoring and to possible locations automated stations of water quality monitoring on the boundaries between the Republic of Moldova, Romania and Ukraine. Additional requirements to the system of processing and data transmission are determined. There had been analyzed and identified requirements to software, information and technical provision for workstations water management worker for visualization and analysis of water management situation and water and requirements to system for informing the population about the water resources state and the meteorological situation prediction.
