The object of research is codification of information legislation. The subject is methodological and legal basis of arrangement of information relationships. The purpose is preparation of general conclusions, suggestions and recommendations in relation to the codification of information legislation. The scientific novelty of the obtained results consists in that, at theoretical level on the basis of analysis of international and domestic normative legal base, generalization and systematization of the practice effects and thoughts related to establishment of the unique system of information law and information legislation of Ukraine is carried out.
