Bone marrow was obtained from the femoral bones of ICR mice, put into salt solution, afterwards was centrifuged. The sediment was centrifuged in Percoll gradient (with the densities 1,065 - 1, 073), then centrifugation in DMEM medium with 10 % nutritive medium FBS cells were shared on the 10 mattresses NUNC with 15 ml of DMEM/F12, in 1:1 ratio, 10 % FBS, penicillin (0,2 / ml), streptomycin-sulfate 5x10-6 g/ml. Medium was changed every third day during the cultivation. Short cultivation continued 7 days, long cultivation - 21 day. After the end of cultivation monolayer of the cells was taken off with the tripsine - EDTA solution. Comparative analysis showed absence of differences in cell culture quality after both long and short protocols of cultivation.
