Cultivation was carried out on two charts: with addition in the nourishing medium of fibroblast growth factor (FGF) or factor of endothelial cell growth (EGF). After 21 day of cultivation cells in an amount of 450000 per animal were entered in a tail vein to 30 mice with experimental toxic hepatitis. In 10 days was found out the substantial positive influence of MSCs on the morphological state of hepatic tissue regardless of the applied chart of cultivation. However, the EGF application resulted in more clear structural regeneration of the beam system of hepatic lobule. Reliable differences in quality of the cellular material got in different ways are not exposed.
