Protein profile features in blood serum and the wall of the left ventricle were revealed. It was shown that EPO and G-CSF make a positive influence on the restoration of the myocardium under the toxic effects of adriblastin. It was also shown that EPO introduction leads to involution of pathological processes at any stage of liver fibrosis. G-CSF usage leads to reliable decrease of specific density of the stromal components, apoptotic hepatocytes with karyopyknosis, karyorecsis, karyolysis at any stage of fibrosis formation.
