Efficiency of radiotherapy and chemoradiotherapy in 84 patients with the cervical cancer of the ІІБ-ІІІ stage was explored. The use of cytostatics simultaneously with radiotherapy leads to increase of frequency and degree of tumour regression and frequency of local and generaltoxic displays. Chronocorrection of therapy allowing to reduce the number of by-reactions and, accordingly, improve the psychoemotional state and quality of life of patients. The neurotoxic effects of chemical drugs was explored in 95 patients with different oncologic diseases, adopting the courses of chemotherapy. The got results testify to the presence of considerable violations from the peripheral and central nervous system. The method of treatment with mesna was created, it leads to neuroprotective action.
