In process of carring out of Scientific-Researching Works there were general survey of state of problematic and there are outiland basic directions of reseaching of scientific-technical collaboration with using of concept stability development. There are formed the databases of indicators (absolutely and relatively), which are using in determine of level scientific-technical collaboration of region. There are calculated a coefficients and separate indicators for there regions. There are determined character sings and similarity of ranking of economical measure index of stability development for counries branches and regions. There are created a method of calculation and interpretation of index of mesuaral development of stability development for Ukranian branches and regions.
