Necessity of biofuels blending was substantiated as certain percentage of fuel consumed in the country by transport sector from 2% since 2010 in cities of Ukraine with population of above 500 thousand people which will allow preparing respective infrastructure for larger amount of fuel consumption, primarily in the rest of places. Mechanism of biofuels share in blend and assessment of its consumption in the country was suggested; main ways to involve oil-processing plants to produce bioethanol and to blend it to regular fuel; assessment of rape seed and oil export to EU countries was conducted.
