Aim of the work: Based on determination of the state of local and systemic immunity, to define the additional criteria of the laboratory diagnostics of CAP and impairment of spermatogenesis. It was stated that the increase in SLPI, IL-8, IL-6, TNF-a, PSA, TFP-b1 and CD95 expression on spermatozoons is the informative index of chronic abacteriall inflammation of prostatic gland.
