105 patients with chronic abacteril prostatitis (CAP) /chronic pelvic pain syndrom and 15 control men were assessed for cytokins in ejaculate and blood serum by ELISAs using STAT-FAX 303 Plus. Aim of the work: Based on determination of the state of local and systemic immunity, to define the additional criteria of the laboratory diagnostics of CAP and impairment of spermatogenesis. It was stated that the increase in SLPI, IL-8, IL-6, TNF-a, PSA, TFP-b1 and CD95 expression on spermatozoons is the informative index of chronic abacteriall inflammation of prostatic gland.
