The prediсtors of non-satisfactory quality of life in chronic heart failure patients were determined. The predictors of life guality improvement as well as predictors of survival during 12- 60 months in chronic heart failure patients were es tablished based on standartized life guality evaluation. The prognostic significance of long-term survival prediсtors related to different terms of patient's follow-up were stated. Based on above-mentioned findings the original computer algorithm of individual survival prognosis of chronic heart failure patients was created.
