Influencing of condition of growth of thin films is explored by the depositions method of laser epіtaxials CdTe, CdSe and CdS. Research of morphology of the CdTe surface is conducted /Si and CdS/Si with the help I scan what raster microscope (SEM). Photo-electric properties of thin films and typical heterostructures on the base of these films which are used as materials for sun batteries are explored. The measured spectral descriptions foto-powers but sizes of value of signals for the CdTe/CdSTe/CdS/ІТО structures, and also comparatively them with the CdTe/CdS/ІТО structures.
