It was shown that a reaction is realized by a usual physiological way but in the direction opposite to the direction of a gravitational vector. Amyloplasts-statoliths allocate near the upper longitudinal statocyte wall in 60 min after the beginning of gravistimulation as opposed to a root positive gravitropic reaction in the state magnetic field where amyloplasts are in the distal part of a statocyte. A model of a root negative gravitropic reaction in the combined magnetic field with the frequency resonance to cyclotron frequency of Ca2+ ions is recommended as a new and available for future investigations of the mechanisms of gravitropism and a Ca2+ ion role in plant growth physiological reactions.
