Object of investigation: the processes of spreading the conditions of dependence of different origin in Ukraine and total combination of facts which are influenced on their development. Aim of work; the reduction of spreading the condition of dependence the different origin among the population of Ukraine.Results:It was showed that the analysis of population development the persons who were dependent on psychoactive substance make use the means of populational ecology,specifically Ferhyulsta 's equation that gave the opportunity to achieve the fase of epidemiological process and did the prognosis on future. It was eleborated and used the methods of counteraction to the epidemic alcoholism,narcomany and dependence from gamblings.
