Every structural subdivision of firm has goals and functions which submit to principle of hieratic of priorities. Marketing problems for them are not priority, and in many case, conflict with internal purposes. Basic vnoutrishnofirmennыe interests are analysed and basic priorities of their concordance are definite. Taking into account situation which was folded, is considered the necessity of forming of methodical bases of development of bank of models and methods how parts of MISS of machine-building enterprise are. At planning of program-methodical block of MISS it is important to provide co-ordination of implementation of marketing functions, their integration in the vnoutrishnofirmennouyo system of planning and management. Thus, marketing functions are parted on separate fragments and carried out autonomously within the limits of jurisdiction of the proper subsection.
