The aim of the work - theoretical and experimental investigation of the main indicators of wheeled motor vehicles in a motion of unstable modes, the choice of rational parameters of settings of elements of microprocessor of the diesel controller, improvement of the fuel efficiency of the motor engines by switching off the group of cylinders of the average vehicle while conducting the research on determining the effectiveness of the use of the alternative fuels. Research methods - account-theoretical and experimental. In 2009 the work was carried out in the directions and the following results have been achieved: - The method is proposed and the examples of the determination of the concentrations of the harmful substances in the exhaust gases of diesel for unstable modes have been shown; - The results of the motor and non-motorized tests of allmode microprocessor of the diesel controller created based on the element base of Heinzmann company have been presented. Mathematical equation of the torque in the executive gear, the rational sub-options settings of the electronic control unit and the correcting factors depending on load and speed limit have been obtained; - The created system for disabling a group of cylinders under the partial load termination of fuel injectors without changing the gas exchange of the shut-off cylinders has been presented. The results of bench research of 6Ч 9.5 /6.98 engine with petrol infection system and disconnecting the group of cylinders under partial load has been presented; -The mathematical model that describes the movement of he car for the European driving cycle with incorporation of the changes that take into account the peculiarities of the diesel-equipped supercharged gas turbine has been verified. Bench research of the ВАЗ-2103 engine during work on A-93 petrol and its blends with addition of ethanol in the number of 10 and 20% has been verified.
